Yesterday was National Ice Cream day and if you didn't know this about me, I have a total sweet tooth so i'll take any excuse to eat ice cream. Since Miami's weather has been at least 95 degrees for the past three weeks now, so I'm taking full advantage and wearing only but off-the-shoulder tops. I wasn't kidding when I said I stocked up on these tops at the beginning of the summer. The only struggle with off-the-shoulder tops is that you pair it with a collar type necklace or you can pair it with my favorite fringe necklace, found here. I've worn this necklace here, here, and here; I actually bought it in both colors! These shoes are the new version of the shoes I wore here and I quickly bought them in Taupe to wear all through Fall and Winter because they're on major sale here.

Coachella kicked off on Friday and I couldn't be more heartbroken. For years I've had a crazy obsession with Coachella and this year made was my third failed attempt of trying to make it out to the west coast and finally experience it. There's something about hanging in the desert for three days that couldn't make me happier. Since last Friday I've felt complete FOMO and I thought it was only right to dedicate this week's outfits to Coachella. If I was off to Coachella I would wear flower crowns and flash tattoos for sure. Coachella is all about releasing your inner hippie - whether that means wearing fringe, piled on jewelry, metallic body tattoos, or flower crowns. I've decided to dedicate this week on the blog to Coachella and all the outfits I would've worn if I was at Coachella.

Yes I know I am wearing white after Labor Day! Centuries ago someone created a golden rule that many still follow this year: "Do not wear white after Labor Day." For years I have followed this rule and some "Winters" I question myself because I love winter whites, even if I am in complete danger of getting dirty. Wearing all white might scare some people because you can easily get dirty, it seems so pure, and it is against the rules but sometimes you have to break the rules to enjoy life.

I completely suggest wearing all white through Fall and Winter and pairing it with darker colors so you don't feel like you're the odd man out. But as long as your confident and feel comfortable in what you're wearing, you should never feel like a sore thumb!
