Topshop x Nordstrom & Leopard

Top: Topshop x Nordstrom Pants: Piperlime Shoes: Steve Madden Clutch: Clare Vivier Necklace: Coordinates Bar and Fringe Necklace Bracelet: Emoji Bracelet, Meme Coffee Bracelet, and Hermes Rings: BaubleBar
I tend to add leopard to my outfit without even realizing it, but I decided to include at least one post a week with an outfit that I have A Touch of Leopard. I've had this Clare Vivier clutch on my wish list for almost a year but it was always on backorder and finally the shopping gods were on my side and I was able to score this baby back in October. It is my favorite clutch and it really does live up too all the hype. During the winter time I complain at least twice-a-day about how I hate that Miami doesn't really experience Winter and I have to find alternatives to my favorites like leather pants. These pants are perfect! I've worn them on days were it is 80 degrees out and it doesn't make me feel like I'm melting. By the way, I might've just purchased this top in another color because of how comfortable it is because after all if it's so nice might as well by it twice.

Christmas Outfit

Dress: Asos Shoes: Zara (Similar) Earrings: BaubleBar

I wore this outfit on the night of Christmas Eve to a family part. The past few years I always waited for the last minute to find an outfit to wear Christmas dress and get stuck with paying overnight or express shipping so I decided this year that when I found a dress I loved, I'd purchase it. This is exactly what I did with this dress. I purchased this dress at the beginning of November and by the time December 24th came along I was so excited to put it on. I loved the color of the dress and even though pink is not one of my favorite colors, I felt like I would leave the stones on the collar to make the dress pop. I didn't want to take away attention from the dress so I kept my accessories to a minimum and it was a no-brainer that I had to wear leopard print shoes. I hope you all had an amazing holiday season with your loved ones.

First post of 2015

Blazer: Asos Top: Asos Jeans: Zara (Similar here and here) Flats: ChloĆ© Clutch: Clare Vivier Sunglasses: Ray-Ban Necklace: Both from BaubleBar: Long Fringe Necklace and coordinates necklace

It is 2015 and I know I am a little behind but my Christmas Eve and New Years outfits will be on the blog next week! My photographer has been busy with the holidays but I promise the pictures will be up next week. The past two weeks I had family and some of my friends in town so comfort was beyond important for me and after wearing heels for several days my feet were killing me but the ChloƩ scallop flats have saved the day; they are the most comfortable flats I have ever purchased and I highly recommend them. The weather in Miami has been really confusing, in the morning it's cool and in the afternoon it's hot and it makes it difficult getting dressed in the morning. Lately I've been wearing light sweaters and blazers over my clothes because it'll keep me warm when the temperature drops and in the afternoon I can take it off so I don't have a heatstroke.

Celebrating Fall

Top: Forever 21 Skirt: Loft Heels: Zara (Similar) Necklace: BaubleBar Sunglasses: Tom Ford

In Miami we don't get to experience Fall but this past weekend we experienced a couple of beautiful days with a slight breeze and by breeze I mean 72 degrees Fahrenheit. The second the temperature drops below 85F I begin to dress in my favorite Fall and Winter item: anything leather! It is not cold enough to wear leather pants so when I came across this faux leather skirt from Loft I had to have it. This skirt allows you to still remain cool and dress in true Fall-like form!

Shades of Blue

Dress: Altuzarra for Target Shoes: ShoeMint Necklace: BaubleBar Earrings: BaubleBar
Unintentionally this week's blogposts had a blue color scheme to them. The truth is a big chunk of my closet is made up of blues and whites so when Joseph Altuzarra made the perfect shirt dress in white and blue there was no doubt in my mind that my closet NEEDED it! I was determined to make this dress mine, especially since I spent the past four months trying on different shirt dresses trying to find the perfect one! Button-down shirt dresses are the easiest thing to put on that will not only make you look ladylike and put together, you also can walk around being comfortable. I plan on wearing this dress with booties or loafers to enjoy a day out in the city!
